Key Account Manager (m/w/d) – Eastern Europe

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our sales team as soon as possible. Experience in the industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.

As the new Key Account Manager at EOS Saunatechnik GmbH, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding our international customer base in various assigned areas.

Your scope of tasks includes:

  • The support and further development of an existing customer base in your assigned area

  • The acquisition and development of new customers

  • Acquisition and management of projects in close coordination with the project department

  • Regular customer visits

  • The creation of defined customer profiles in the CRM system

  • Proactive selling via various channels, such as on-site visits, LinkedIn, telephone, etc.

  • The development and implementation of new business opportunities and sales promotions in coordination with the sales management

  • The presentation of new products and training courses in coordination with our technical field service as well as the communication of technical or other changes

  • Customer support at trade fairs

  • Regular reporting and sales planning to the sales management

  • In your role as Key Account Manager, you will work closely with the sales management

Your perfect profile:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial training or a corresponding bachelor's degree

  • You have several years of experience in key account management

  • You have good experience in project business

  • You work independently, goal-oriented and conscientiously

  • You understand of sales strategies, processes and customer relationship management well

  • A high level of customer and service orientation and the ability to build long-term customer relationships are a matter of course for you

  • You are a responsible and confident team player

  • You like to work in a structured and data-based way

  • You are highly committed to regular business trips

  • You are open to change and prepared to actively contribute to and shape it

  • If possible, you should live centrally in your sales area in order to be able to reach all customers optimally

  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft D365

  • Business fluent written English rounds off your profile

  • Other languages are an advantage
